Almic Engineering was established in 1961 enabling us to offer 60 years of expertise in our field, we are precision engineering parts manufacturer based in North West England supplying a diverse range of industries worldwide.

We take pride in our work and are proud to supply many areas of industry including, Defence, Industrial Gas & Water, Security, Entrance Control, Agriculture, Food, Aerospace and a variety of other commercial sectors.

We aid in the prototype development of new products through to final production from one-offs through to batch production.

We are ISO 9001 accredited family run company and employ over 20 highly skilled, motivated engineers.

Over the last sixty years we have expanded to accommodate the changes in manufacturing methods and overcome the challenges of the past decades.  Continual investment in technology and CNC machinery has allowed us to remain competitive, and offer our customers high quality precision parts.

Over 60 years we have gained a wealth of experience in machining all types of commercial and industry specific materials including:

Mild and Alloy Steel, Stainless Steels, Brass, Bronze, Engineering Plastics, Inconel, Monel and Duplex.

Machining of aluminium die castings, ferrous & non-ferrous and sand castings.

To complement our CNC facility, we have our own in-house tool grinding facility, centre lathes and millers to aid with the production of jigs and fixtures. We offer approved sub contract services, surface coatings – anodising, plating, and all heat treatment processes

As an ISO 9001 accredited company we offer traceability and CMM reporting using Aberlink Technology and Faro Arm with accuracy to 5 microns
